My district office is located adjacent to the Greater Pittston Ambulance on South Main Street in Pittston City.  The office is staffed and equipped to handle constituent requests relating to state government. My staff can handle most constituent requests and I am always available by appointment to meet with you personally if you so desire.       Senator Ray Musto

My office has a direct link to Penndot in Harrisburg. We have forms for driver license renewals, registration renewals, handicapped placards and duplicates. They can also be downloaded online at Penndot's website.

Any person over the age 18 who is of good character, integrity, and ability, can be commissioned as a Notary Public.  If you live in the 14th Senatorial District, or are an out of state resident who works in the 14th district, please call or e-mail my office for an application or more information.   You can also access information from the Department of State website.  Applications for notary public must be endorsed by a state senator.

If you have an opinion on any pending legislation or if you want an update on a pending bill, please call or e-mail me. I value your opinion, so please do not hesitate to call my office. My staff can obtain copies of any bill or act. You can also access  session and bill information  online twenty four hours a day.

The  Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency annually awards thousands of Pennsylvania residents grants to attend Pennsylvania colleges and universities.  The agency also administers the student loan program.  My office can help with problems relating to state grants and loans.  Please call if you require assistance or information on a state educational grant or loan.  For 24 hour information access the PHEAA web site.

Residents 65 and older may qualify for the Pace prescription program.  We help many senior citizens file for PACE every year.  Please call us for eligibility guidelines, or check online for more information.

Residents 65 and older or disabled individuals may qualify for a rent or property tax rebate.  We help many senior citizens file for this rebate each year.  We have a supply of 2005 rebate forms.  The deadline to file for 2005 is July 31, 2006.  You will need proof of income, age,  and rent or property tax receipts in order to file. 

We have legislative contacts in each state agency to help constituents cut through red tape. State tax problems, professional licenses, Labor and Industry, and Department of Health are only a few of the agencies we can help with. Please call my office for assistance. 

We routinely help local municipalities and agencies with questions and help with state grants, agencies and regulations. If necessary I will be happy to meet on-site or in my office with representatives of your municipality or agency.

Please ask! We keep a supply of state maps, brochures, and pamphlets. In the spring, we have the trout stocking schedule, fishing and boating regulations and more.
